Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene, customization, or final sale restrictions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping
